The Islamic Republic of occupied Iran has been violated all 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human rights: (see previous page for the rest of the articles)
Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 5, i.e. No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Iranians' Constitution, Article 38, i.e. All forms of torture for the purpose of extracting confession or acquiring information are forbidden. Compulsion of individuals to testify, confess, or take an oath is not permissible; and any testimony, confession, or oath obtained under duress is devoid of value and credence. Violation of this article is liable to punishment in accordance with the law.

»مدارکی که در این صفحه ملاحظه می فرمایید نشانگر این است که جمهوری اسلامی ایران نه تنها قوانین بین المللی حقوق بشر را پایمال کرده بلکه قانون اساسی بند 38 خودش را که بوسیله نمایندگان مجلس جمهوری اسلامی تدوین گردیده، نادیده گرفته است. مدارک شامل: کپی حکم دادگاه که محکومیت شکنجه گر جمهوری اسلامی را ثابت نموده (به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی). کپی گواهی از پزشکان که نشانگر شیمیایی شدن ایشان در زمان جنگ خونین بین ایران و عراق. کپی تقدیر نامه برای خدمت به سربازان مجروح و بیمار وطنش در جنگ خونین بین دو کشور مسلمان است.
